TERMS OF SALE
1 The lots are entirely owned by third parties.
2 The lots will be sold to the highest bidder. In case of a single bid the lot will be sold at the starting
price; two bids of the same amount, the first received will be successful; two or more bids, the
lot will be sold to the highest bid at the price of the second highest bid increased by 10%.
3 All bids must be mailed to our office by e-mail info@sergiosantachiara.com or post or fax
4 Bids starting with such expressions as the highest price, at the best, or similar will not be taken
into examinations. Bids below the starting price will not be considered.
5 A commission of 22% tax included will be added at the auction sale price.
6 Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. It is possible to pay by money order or by
bank transfer to:

7 Lots will be sent by insured letter at the buyer’s own risk and expense. Mailing charges of 10 euro will be made.
8 Any complaints will be considered only if made within 15 days of the mailing.
9 Any dispute concerning the sale will be settled by the Court of Reggio Emilia.
